Here at Moska we want to make sure each order gets to our customers as quickly as possible. Where stated your purchased item(s) arrives directly from each of the individual small business’s/designers. Please be aware delivery times do vary from seller to seller dependant on lead-time of item(s).

Personalised and made to order items can have a lead-time of up to 28 days. Delivery costs and times will vary.  If you do have a query before you purchase a personalised or made to order item please do not hesitate to get in contact with us, alternatively you will always have the option to leave a message on your order and we can get in contact to discuss delivery.

Please note you can find delivery times on the individual designers/sellers product pages.  These will be estimated only and this will be based on product availability and lead times in the case of made to order item(s). Uk standard delivery will take no longer than 5 to 7 working days; our postage costs are based on the total weight of the selected item(s) in your basket.

We will decide on the method of delivery either by post, courier or otherwise depending on the bulk of the item(s).  We do use Royal Mail for the bulk of our deliveries but if a designer/seller uses a courier you will be notified of any additional details to do with your delivery.

You must notify us promptly and in any event within 48 hours or receipt of any item(s) if they appear to be damaged in transit but we assure that all products that leave our designers are in full working order and are not damaged at point of dispatch.  In those circumstances, you must also keep all packaging, as this will be required when sending the item(s) back. It is advisable to also take a photograph and state where you believe the fault or damage may be.

A signature may be required for certain orders. Please note that all item(s) must be signed for by an adult aged 18 and over. Please ensure you use a delivery address where someone will be in to sign for the delivery. If no one is in to accept your delivery the delivery company will leave a card and it is your responsibility to track the item yourself. We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage of an item(s).

Our designers always meet the delivery times and requirements specified to them.  If for any reason a situation may arise that is out of our control, which can delay an order, which you may have placed, we do ask for your co-operation and can only apologise if any inconvenience has been caused.

Delivery of International Orders

This is only available on selected products and will be identified on the Delivery tab on the individual product pages. We send international orders with Royal mail and the order should take no longer than 14 days.

Please note that for deliveries to countries outside the EU you may be charged import duty and/or tax, which must be paid before delivery. Before your order can be delivered your customs authority will contact you if duty is payable. For specific charges please contact your local customs authority.

We charge postage by weight bands ranging from 10g up to 4000g, which are separated into three different categories:

UK:
UK mainland, Scotland, Whales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight

Europe:
Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Holy See (Vatican City State), Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, the Former Yugoslav Republic Of, Malta, Moldova (Republic Of), Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine
